A studio's schedule is ultimately a bin-packing problem: a fixed number of open minutes per day, and a fixed-length slot — class time plus turnover — that has to fit into it a whole number of times. It's easy to eyeball a schedule and assume adding or trimming a few minutes here or there won't matter much, but the arithmetic is a lot less forgiving than that intuition suggests, because classes only ever fit a whole number of times, never a fraction.
The baseline: 10 hours, 60-minute classes

Matching turnover to what actually has to happen between classes
Turnover time isn't a single universal number — it should reflect what genuinely needs to happen in the room before the next class starts.
